Kelli and D.J. had a baby.\u00a0 Her name is Olivia Lanae.\u00a0 They stole the name I wanted if I had a daughter, but I guess they beat me to it fair and square.\u00a0 Will and I really need to hurry up about this or all the good names will be taken.<\/p>\n
Work is good.\u00a0 I get my own permanent classes starting next week.\u00a0 Yay!<\/p>\n
Last weekend, we made a visit home to Minnesota.\u00a0 We didn’t take any pictures, probably because it wasn’t really an exciting new thing that needs to be shared.\u00a0 I mean it was exciting for us; maybe just not for our dear readers.\u00a0 We were there from Wednesday until Sunday.<\/p>\n
We flew into Minneapolis and met a college friend, Kari O’Connor, for lunch on our way home.\u00a0 She updated us on what our other college buddies are up to.\u00a0 We got home to my parents’ house and chilled out.\u00a0 On Thursday my sister Kari had the day off so we took her two oldest boys to Chuck E. Cheese.\u00a0 It was a lot of fun; I got to play skee ball and we won enough tickets for the boys to get a small plastic frog and some candy.\u00a0 The boys really like the racing games.<\/p>\n
That night I think we went out to eat at Wally’s then Will and I played Settlers of Catan with my mom and dad.\u00a0 The day after that we went to Will’s parents’ house.\u00a0 We mostly just watched TV with them and his mom fed us; it was awesome.\u00a0 Will did some stuff to their computers and we visited his grandma.<\/p>\n
