We&#8217;ve done some exploring, but it occurred to me that I don&#8217;t know all that much about the city.  I decided to look up some information on Wikipedia about <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Linz\">the town<\/a>.  Here&#8217;s the quick rundown:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Linz is pronounced &#8220;Lintz&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;re in the northern center part of Austria<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;re only 30km (18mi) from the Czech border<\/li>\n<li>Linz has a population of 190,000 putting between Rochester and Minneapolis in terms of size.  Actually, it&#8217;s close to a Rochester plus a Duluth.<\/li>\n<li>The Linz area, including suburbs, is around 271,000<\/li>\n<li>Hitler considered this his home town<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So there&#8217;s your information for the day.
