Finally. We’ve been relying on the local grocery store for food. We’ve been relying on Ikea<\/a> for bedding and kitchen stuff. We’ve had no idea where to get anything else, like duct tape, or tools, or croutons. Today, that all changed. I did some extensive looking<\/a> and found a store called Interspar<\/a> (English translation<\/a>… good luck). It was fairly far away, but we decided to just walk up there and see what it had to offer. We were not disappointed.<\/p>\n

The Interspar we found had a few other shops around it, like a shoe store, a sporting goods store, and a clothing store. The Interspar itself had a small entertainment section with DVDs, computer stuff, and TVs. It also had baby stuff, pet stuff, bath stuff, a small hardware section, kitchen stuff, and a larger grocery section. I managed to find nearly everything on my “wish list”. The best part is that we can walk there, so it doesn’t cost 11 Euro in bus fares to get down there. It still takes 20 minutes to get there, but you get the idea.<\/p>\n

I’m pretty much in love. We now have a source of cheap “miscellaneous” items. And, they have croutons. Billa (the local grocery store) doesn’t. *squeeeel* The only problem is that we have a limited carrying capacity, so buying that fancy fondue set or that Playmobil castle<\/a> is probably out of the question.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
