Well, Joni starts school tomorrow. How exciting is that?! I think she’s all set to go. She’s got her stuff planned for the first day and has even started getting Wednesday prepared.
Ben came over this weekend for some fun, so I’ll have to sit down and write something about that on my blog.
Moving in is basically done. We’ve got everything where we want it, but there are just a few things left at my parents’ house. I am thinking that we’ll need some shelves of some sort, so tomorrow I’m going to try to figure out if I should buy or build. Of course I’d need my tools… which are at the parents’ house. Hmmm. Well, at least I can measure stuff a bit! 😀

Did you wear your German dress the first day?
The school actually had a thing where teachers needed to wear a t-shirt the first day of school, so no German dress. It was probably for the best. Don’t want to scare the kids after all.

I am always a fan of building over buying. Whatever you build has the potential to last longer than anything you can buy. This is due to the need for companies to build products that don’t last so you have to buy the product more often.
