Kelli and D.J. had a baby. Her name is Olivia Lanae. They stole the name I wanted if I had a daughter, but I guess they beat me to it fair and square. Will and I really need to hurry up about this or all the good names will be taken.
Work is good. I get my own permanent classes starting next week. Yay!
Last weekend, we made a visit home to Minnesota. We didn’t take any pictures, probably because it wasn’t really an exciting new thing that needs to be shared. I mean it was exciting for us; maybe just not for our dear readers. We were there from Wednesday until Sunday.
We flew into Minneapolis and met a college friend, Kari O’Connor, for lunch on our way home. She updated us on what our other college buddies are up to. We got home to my parents’ house and chilled out. On Thursday my sister Kari had the day off so we took her two oldest boys to Chuck E. Cheese. It was a lot of fun; I got to play skee ball and we won enough tickets for the boys to get a small plastic frog and some candy. The boys really like the racing games.
That night I think we went out to eat at Wally’s then Will and I played Settlers of Catan with my mom and dad. The day after that we went to Will’s parents’ house. We mostly just watched TV with them and his mom fed us; it was awesome. Will did some stuff to their computers and we visited his grandma.
As usual it went by too fast.
